we teach how to live a Vegan life style.
However just eating the correct food is not sufficient to improve your
health. You must eat all foods correctly.
Here is a summary of what we discuss in detail in our
Classes:
- When you where a child your mother told you to chew your food.
She was right. You should chew each bite at least one hundred
times.
- You must eat both fruits and vegetables for a balanced diet.
However you must not eat them in the same meal because they take
different times to digest.
- Drink a lot of good pure water. Any other liquid that contains
water is not water, things like Coffee, Tea, Soda-Pop, do not
count as water. Do not drink any liquid with your meal, drink it at
least a half hour before your meal, or no sooner than two and half
hours after your meal. Drinking with your meal dilutes your digestive
juices making your system work harder to get the nutrients that it needs
from your meal.
